About us
We're the UofG Bookshop (formerly John Smith's Bookshop at the University of Glasgow). We've been selling books for many years, providing tomes, textbooks and thrilling tales to all interested parties. Today we're an independent bookshop in the heart of the city's West End, open to everyone and proudly serving the local and academic community.
Books and more besides
We sell a dazzling array of stationery, study essentials, tech accessories, games, puzzles, cards and gifts for all ages! We also stock Warhammer models and paints. You'll find a selection here online, while our full ranges can be found in the shop on Hillhead Street.
In-store services include photo printing and key-cutting. Enjoy a coffee while you browse, or take a seat and have a go at finishing one of our jigsaws (we could use the help).
